The Reason Why

The thing that inspired me to create "The Echo of a Hidden Forest," was that I like to create conceptual locations with my art, but not in the way that is usual. I like my paintings to not be as seriously drawn as most conceptual art, I want the stylistic cartoon feel to be transferred to a canvas, yet keeps its barring as to still have some emotional draw which consists in this case of an environment not fully explored, there are characteristics that are supernatural, that people subliminally think of, or at least I think of when I see certain thing for instance, I see the texture of a tree, I think of age and the lines of a face. I see rain,I think more of the surroundings as a liquid surface. I think the atmospheric tone is greatly impacted by the fantasy elements within each canvas and it gives me more input to portray emotions and subversion. The canvases borders are coated to specific elements of the canvas art making the set flow together as an instance of conversion of elements within the canvases.

If there is no discussions of a canvas being sold during exhibit, a link will be here to buy any canvas art that remains after October, thank you for viewing!
